O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 23 pessoas, incluindo professoras, funcion\u00e1rias e m\u00e3es de estudantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O objetivo da atividade foi promover a educa\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental, especialmente com as m\u00e3es dos alunos, alinhando com o calend\u00e1rio escolar em comemora\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00eas das m\u00e3es. A\u00e7\u00f5es como essa buscam proporcionar momentos educativos e pr\u00e1ticos para toda a comunidade escolar, estendendo o aprendizado para al\u00e9m das paredes da sala de aula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante a oficina culin\u00e1ria, Lidia Figueir\u00f3, uma das respons\u00e1veis pelo Encontro de Sabores de Passo Fundo, compartilhou tr\u00eas receitas simples, incentivando a culin\u00e1ria criativa com alimentos frescos e minimamente processados, de f\u00e1cil acesso. As receitas escolhidas foram vinculadas a uma atividade realizada em abril, na qual as crian\u00e7as aprenderam sobre os alimentos presentes em nossa cultura alimentar, cultivados historicamente e herdados dos povos origin\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As receitas preparadas em grupo e degustadas posteriormente inclu\u00edram bijajica (biju feito de mandioca e amendoim), cuscuz com legumes (base de farinha de milho) e um bolo de bergamota, uma fruta t\u00edpica da regi\u00e3o sul do Brasil e da temporada. Essa experi\u00eancia gastron\u00f4mica proporcionou uma oportunidade de explorar sabores tradicionais e saud\u00e1veis, fortalecendo a conex\u00e3o entre a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a cultura local.<br>A oficina de culin\u00e1ria com as m\u00e3es da EMEI Padre Alcides acontece pelo segundo ano consecutivo. Est\u00e1 previsto que atividades semelhantes continuem ocorrendo periodicamente, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada e do consumo consciente, al\u00e9m de estreitar os la\u00e7os comunit\u00e1rios e envolver as fam\u00edlias no processo educativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A oficina integrou as a\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto \u201cConsumidores e Agricultores em Rede\u201d, desenvolvido pelo CETAP em parceria com a Misereor e contou com o apoio do Empreendimento Encontro de Sabores e da dire\u00e7\u00e3o da EMEI Padre
