Elas consolidam mercados alternativos para agricultores familiares que cultivam produtos org\u00e2nicos\/agroecol\u00f3gicos, certificados pela Rede Ecovida de Agroecologia, garantindo-lhes pre\u00e7os justos.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As CCRs iniciaram a partir de um projeto de extens\u00e3o do Laborat\u00f3rio de Comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o da Agricultura Familiar da UFSC. \u00c9 um modelo de Venda Direta por Pedido Antecipado, no qual o\/a consumidor\/a paga antecipadamente, no in\u00edcio de cada m\u00eas, o valor referente \u00e0s cestas que receber\u00e1 durante o per\u00edodo.
